Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 07 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 07 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Aside from these conditions, there are products that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:

- Change of mind
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.The refund will not include any delivery charges.
Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged for a different size, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 07 days. Exchanges exceeding 07 days will not be processed.

If a replacement unit for the size/specific model is no longer available, we will issue store credit, which can be used within 4 months.
